• USE YOUR DOUBTERS AND HATERS TO DRIVE YOU

No matter what you’ll do,there will always be criticism in this world. In life, that’s what we face every now and then when we trip or when we’re doing thing’s rightly. In different occasions we find ourselves losing it and hurling insult’s.Although, that’s normal for us human and it’s not a solution. As part of life, others are already set ups from people we know and well organized to either test us.In most cases our so self claimed friend’s are the back bitters and people behind such things (unwanted behaviours of ruining others). I’ve come along such scenarios and they leave a person heartbroken without a way out or either lost in life.

When growing up people were biased and overprotective, others were shown less of the concern. In primary school most of you could attest they came across such cases and they were neither easy to take them lightly (Yaani those teacher’s had a lot they so better, some were neglected). Others will find a way just to mistreat you and end up killing your dream. As I would quote” you have enemies?that’s good.Atleast you’re doing something they are not doing.”~Winston Churchill.

It’s those moments of feeling powerless, angry, or sad that
clue you in to your deepest drive. Don’t underestimate the power of shame to drive you. When Elon Musk(Owner of Tesla) left South Africa for Canada at age seventeen,

his father had nothing but disdain for his eldest son. In Neil Strauss’s November2017 Rolling Stone Profile, he quoted Musk’s description of his dad’s send-
“He said rather contentiously that I’d be back in three months, that I’m never
going to make it, that I’m never going to make anything of myself. He called me
an idiot all the time. That’s the tip of the iceberg, by the way.”
Despite the word’s from his father Elon musk knew he was destined for greatness.Whatever you do today do it knowing that one day it will pay off.He kept his head up (Also you can do the same).Use criticism as your motivational.
Don’t let people who abominate be your dream crasher.
Barbara Corcoran, the real estate mogul whom you may have seen on Shark
Tank, was one of ten children growing up in a blue-collar New Jersey town. In
1973, she was twenty-three and working as a waitress in a diner. While there, she
met a man who lent her a thousand dollars to start a real estate company. They
fell in love and were set to live happily ever after. Had the script played out, my
guess is that Corcoran would have built a decent real estate business.

Don’t let people’s words deter you from achieving your goals and dreams.
Whatever you do today will determine where you’ll be.Keep pushing.

  • BEING YOUR MASTERPIECE

John Wooden, legendary basketball coach, always emphasized to “make each day your masterpiece”. That means focusing entirely on the present, and not worrying about the past or future. It’s recognizing that what has happened in the past is done with, and you can only affect the future by the work you do today.

We are the painters of our own canvas. Every day, that canvas is a blank slate that we have the power to paint how we’d like. At the end of the day, we can look at our brush strokes, colors, and styles that we chose, and look at our masterpiece. We can evaluate our art, and change it for the next day need be.

All you’re worrying about is making that single canvas beautiful. Make that one a masterpiece, the one in front of you. It’s the same for life: make the day ahead of you beautiful. Don’t dwell on the past and don’t anxiously think about the future. Rather, paint your canvas today. You will have a gorgeous masterpiece by the end of the day.

Don’t end the day with no masterpiece, because today can’t be made up for by tomorrow. You can’t make up for not living your life today by living extra hard tomorrow. Live today. The opportunity to paint your masterpiece today is only here now, in the present moment.

Achieve this through preparation and discipline, two of Coach Wooden’s prominent values. Define goals and create a schedule, then attack. A masterpiece is just your daily actions summed up on your canvas. Make those actions great, and your masterpiece will be great too. Focus today on making a masterpiece. Not what it looked like yesterday or what it could look like tomorrow. Paint the canvas today.

  • ARROGANCE & HUMILITY STANCE

When life starts going your way, maybe you are now “successful” or have a lot of money, always stay humble. Nobody likes a self- centered, arrogant person. They’re energy drainers, and people you don’t want to be around. It’s so clear when somebody feels like they’re better than everybody around them. They put people down and make people feel bad about themselves.

Humility always wins. The people who you look up to yet they make you feel equal to them. The people who genuinely love to see you win and know life isn’t a zero-sum game. The people who seem like a normal person when you talk to them. Those are the real, kind people you want to be around.

At the end of the day, the humble people know we are one team, no better than their fellow humans. I love seeing people who have “made it” that are still so down to earth. At events, they stay for hours after talking to everybody, because they genuinely care. Or, respond to emails when people look for advice. That’s how we should all strive to be.

The people with the most humility are often givers, rather than takers. They feel indebted to the world around them, and want to give back however they can. They’ll meet you, talk to you, anything to give you that push forward on your own journey. Now that’s special.

No matter the money, fame, or success, always stay rooted. Remember where you came from. The people, the circumstances, the lessons that shaped you. Be yourself. Be kind. Be a giver. Give back to the world that lifted you up. Be humble.

  • YOU DON’T HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF. (Recycled ♻)

You don’t need to explain yourself. You don’t need to explain why you’re pursuing what you’re pursuing. Or, why you’re going through life the way you are. This is your life, nobody else’s. Too often we feel the need to explain ourselves all the time. Those around us want to know our every move. It’s draining.

All you’re doing is basing your self-worth, your value, on other people’s opinions. You are looking for their validation, acting like your own thoughts don’t matter. You’re wasting energy on trying to persuade somebody that what you’re doing is the right thing rather than channeling that energy inwards.

At the end of the day, it’s just a time sink. You lose sight of what

matters. You lose focus. Constantly worried about having to explain your reasonings for anything and everything. If you feel like you’re taking an unordinary path, and being pressured to explain yourself, you’re not alone. That’s the price of living an extraordinary life.

So stop questioning yourself. Yes, you know what’s right for you. Trust yourself. Be your own biggest cheerleader. Convince yourself that what you’re doing is the thing that truly matters and nobody else. Understand that your gut, your dreams, your perspective on the world aren’t always explainable to others and that’s ok.

Be confident in who you are. You may feel weird, or that nobody “understands you”. That’s actually an amazing thing. It means you’re doing something right. Walk with your chin held high. If everybody understood you, you’re doing something wrong. No more explanations all the time. You don’t owe anybody one. The only person you owe it to is yourself.

  • PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination is the thief of time. It’s the enemy of progress. It’s the silent dream killer. You continue to delay things until there is no time left. You end up at the end of your life realizing you wasted your one chance at life. So many what-ifs, so many regrets. It’s honestly sickening. If you procrastinate, you never actually lived. Wake up.

We all are too lenient with our time. We push things back because we believe there is always more time. No. Just a reminder: there’s an end to this. I know it hits your gut when you read that. This isn’t forever, you only have a finite time on Earth. If you continue to procrastinate, before you blink, your time to do everything you ever wanted is gone.

You need to get serious about your time. You need to understand that time is the most precious commodity we have. When our time runs out, it’s all over. That day will come, so get serious about doing everything you want to do. Stop always thinking later, because you’re wasting your time. Live now, not later. At the end of the day, time is all we have.@allanwakibia

Starting now, don’t push things off. Attack them now. Not later, now. Find the things you can do to achieve your dreams and do them every day. The more you delay, the more you’re ruining your life, your potential, everything. Remember, the best time to start was yesterday, the second best time is now.

Don’t let procrastination ruin your life, uproot it now. Remove the root that is entangled throughout your life. It’s destroying everything you ever want and dreamed of. The moment you don’t procrastinate, the world is yours. You can do anything you want, but that involves not delaying it. Make the most of every day. There isn’t always a tomorrow.

  • The Awakening

    1) Unlearning Who You Are Not
Everyday you’re bombarded by millions of impressions.Social media, Tv, Ads, marketers, and people are dying to get your attention.Your reality is nothing but a collection of these impressions stored in your subconscious.
So it’s not about learning more,It’s about removing the garbage to understand who you are.

    2) Knowing What You Want
You can only achieve a goal when you know what you want.
Most of us are groping in the dark, without any focus and direction.
And that ‘Knowing’ comes when you know in great detail exactly what you want.

    3) Focusing Your Energy
Your energy is distracted and wasted in needless actions, thoughts, and emotions.
When you learn to save that energy, you can channel it towards achieving
whatever you want in your life.

Like a tiger knows how to hunt,
A seed knows how to grow,
Humans have the Power of intuition.”

  • THE VISIONARY

Most of the People in different countries have a psychological barrier about the vision of their respective countries, and those who perceive the future as coming straight out of the present typically have their perspective narrowed as well. I believe that the year 2060 will belong to individuals who strive to recognise diversity as a virtue in and of itself, rather than as a tool for combating new mental monocultures or a necessary compromise for social and ethical concord. In the future, Kenya will be in the centre of the world, with variety valued as a goal in itself. My vision statement is neither a forecast of what will happen nor a wish list of desirable but unreachable goals.
It’s a statement of what we believe our country can achieve, given the level of concern that our current youth has about issues like corruption, pollution, and mismanagement of natural resources, among other things. Recognize that the elements that affect national development have changed in recent years and will continue to change in the future when imagining Kenya in 2060. This is expected to create more opportunities than ever before.
The expanding impact and influence of Kenya in domains such as technology, education, information, and productive skills supports the belief that Kenya will attain and sustain higher economic growth and development in the decades ahead.

  • BEING OPPORTUNISTIC

During a bank robbery in Chicago, the bank robber shouted to everyone in the bank: “Don’t move. The money belongs to the State. Your life belongs to you.” Everyone in the bank lay down quietly. This is called the “Mind Changing Concept”Changing the conventional way of thinking.
When a lady lay on the table provocatively, the robber shouted at her: “Please be civilized! This is a robbery and not a rape!” This is called “Being Professional” Focus only on what you are trained to do!
When the bank robbers returned home, the younger robber (MBA-trained) told the older robber (who has only completed Year 6 in primary school): “Big brother, let’s count how much we got.” The older robber rebutted and said: “You are very stupid.
There is so much money it will take us a long time to count. Tonight, the TV news will tell us how much we robbed from the bank!” This is called “Experience.” Nowadays, experience is more important than paper qualifications!
After the robbers had left, the bank manager told the bank supervisor to call the police quickly. But the supervisor said to him: “Wait! Let us take out $10 million from the bank for ourselves and add it to the $70 million that we have previously embezzled from the bank”.
This is called “Swim with the tide.” Converting an unfavourable situation to your advantage! The supervisor says: “It will be good if there is a robbery every month.” This is called “Killing Boredom.” Personal Happiness is more important than your job.
The next day,the TV news reported that $100 million was taken from the bank. The robbers counted and counted and counted, but they could only count $20 million. The robbers were very angry and complained: “We risked our lives and only took $20 million.

The bank manager took $80 million with a snap of his fingers. It looks like it is better to be educated than to be a thief!” This is called “Knowledge is worth as much as gold!”
The bank manager was smiling and happy because his losses in the share market are now covered by this robbery. This is called “Seizing the opportunity.” Daring to take risks!

  • CULTS AND CULTISM

Cults are formed under spiritual personalities and religious ideologies. We have many cults and some mature to be occultism. We also have many spiritual organisations with cultic tendencies. Some four thing to watch out for in any organisation.
    1. Authoritarianism.
This is where you have one spiritual leader almost in the level of being deityfied. He is treated as a dami-god. His words are final and no one can question his words or deeds. The person could be operating under some charismatic gifts hence the endorsement. Some recruit their members through extreme teaching of the doctrine of honor.
Remember no man is above God and no man is above the standards of scripture.
    2. Isolation.
The first phase of Isolation is to criticise every church, every pastor and every minister hence creating an image of the church being the only true church.
Second level is secularisation of everything, school, media, family, society. This is the recipe of brainwashing and manipulation. Many cults thrive on this concept. Some people are in cults but they think they are in a spiritual movement.
Remember Jesus never left a church but a body hence there is no monopoly of truth.
    3. Strange spiritual encounters
Some will claim to have encountered Jesus, Angels or patriarchs of old. They end up giving extra biblical citations and teach what cannot be verified scripturally. This is a strange area and many end up teaching strange doctrines. The rule of faith can be summarised under solar scriptura which means if it’s not written its not of God. Galatians 1:8

    4. Sell fear.
Part of cultic teachings are centred on Apocalyptic books and eschatology which is the study of the end times. Two approaches are used.
News paper eschatology which entails assembling of latest news and using scriptures to justify end time realities. Secondly they use escapism eschatology theology. The concept of we are going to a better place where there is no suffering hence we will escape this world of pain. This doctrine disengage members from being vibrant in life and death becomes their motivation as a channel of exit and entry into a dimension of bliss.
There are many cults and many churches with cultic tendencies. Remember the berean church, they were grounded in truth. You need to be a student of scripture and test every spirit. Many will come in His name but some are wolves in sheep clothing. Stay awake spiritually.

  • TALK BEHIND PEOPLEs BACK

Our parents, relatives and guardians have probably told you, “Don’t talk behind your friends backs. It’s not good.” They were right. It’s not good. But if you want to be productive it can also be an opportunity for a win.
In How to Win Friends and Influence People, Dale Carnegie talked about giving people a reputation to live up to. Others call it identity building. If you constantly praise a particular skill or character trait, a person will manifest it more often. The praise, in turn, is repeated by that individual and becomes part of his or her character.
Let’s take an example of an employee called Fafa. I tell another employee, Gilla
that Fafa is exceptional at following requests, that he never lets things slide and is upto the task assigned. Invariably, Gilla tells someone that I told her that about Fafa, and someone else tells another employee until it gets back to Fafa.
When Fafa hears what I told Gilla, he gets excited about the recognition. I like to think of it as a positive friction. You can compliment someone like Fafa directly, which is a positive feedback, when it reaches him through other employees, it gains a lot more weight. Fafa knows that others are aware of the boss’s attering remarks about his ability, and it solid positive connection. He’s going to be confident and productive.
Process this issue relative to your own employees. Who has talent but lacks aggressiveness or confidence? Have you tried and failed to encourage that person to be a stronger negotiator? What if you were to mention something positive about that person to another employee: what would you say, and how would you say it? Wait a few days, and see what happens. You’ve been trying to figure out how and when to motivate that employee in an impactful, lasting way. Now you know exactly what you have to do.
Make it a habit of saying good things about others behind them and not only once a year. If you don’t do it, it will cause friction which doesn’t produce positive creative thinking and peer pressure. Let’s create a culture in which you spread good words about people.
